Kyler falling asleep in the Jumparoo while still jumping;
Ummm which one do I play with now?:
Hey! Are you talking to me?!:
"Mooom, will my teefers look like this"?!:
Yesterday I took a day off from work and we headed to the rodeo. We dressed Kyler up for it in an outfit that was sooo cute, but his long legs made it way to short on him. But he wore it like a Champ anyways.
Our first stop was to see Gramma and drop Kady off at her house. Then we headed to the parade to meet up with my cousin and 2 of her boys. It was the first time that Kyler and Rylan met. Kyler wanted his feet, it was cute!
It was very windy out, but a nice day:
My cousin Kim with her 2 month old Rylan:
We got to see the Budweiser Clydesdale Horses. They were beautiful! They start ranging at 15 hands high...to the non-horse person, that is from hoof to shoulder, 6 foot high. They were amazing to watch perform during the rodeo as well.

Performing during the rodeo:
After the parade we headed to the rodeo grounds and met up with Gramma again. She had to show her lil' man off and then we left her to work. We headed out of the office and went and found some things to get into. Daddy bought Kyler his very own Cowboy Hat.
What a poser!:
Kyler got to ride his very first pony. He loved it at first and then decided he didn't want to be on the pony anymore. But he did pose for us as long as the pony wasn't moving.
Riding for the 1st time:
Side note to my brother and sister-in-law, I know you both are so sad that you missed the pony handler. I know you will probably need some counseling because you missed him this time. I promise, there will be more festivities where you will get to see him again! HA!!
Cheesing at Gramma showing off his hat!:
As far as the rodeo, Kyler did awesome during the shoot out. It didn't even phase him. In fact, he was falling asleep towards the end of the skit. He slept mostly the thru the entire rodeo. He woke just before the bull rides. Once the rodeo was over we went to Gramma's house and let Kyler stretch his legs and relax a bit while we were waiting on Gramma to get off.
Gramma rushed home and found Kyler on her carpet doing his darnedest to crawl. As a matter of fact, he moved his knees forward once and we all were there to witness it. He was also trying to sit up from a kneeling position. Which as of today he has mastered. Grandma and Grandpa Great came over for a few. It made her feel a little better to get out of the house after not feeling so well.
We then headed to dinner where Kyler was a "Sport Model" as his Gramma calls him and was flirting with the women and one lady came over and gave him a stuffed bear that her Grand-daughter had just won for her.
By the way, the Bear is Green with a Yellow belly, so I first suggested that we call him Green Bay or Packers... However, Brett took the winners circle. For those of you who don't know the humor in that. Chris looks like Brett Favre and has been mistaken for him on several occasions. And well, Brett used to be a Green Bay Packer and now you're on the same page and can figure the rest out. Ha!
(I'll have to take a pix of the bear and post it, I thought I had one but must have missed it)
