Ok, so not really "bats" per say but rather a different form of a bat...but I was trying to stick with the "b" for the title.
Last night we took Kyler to pick out his Halloween costume and that's just what he did..he picked it out. Well sort of. The one that he grabbed we tried on him and it was more than floods, it looked like he was wearing Capri's. So we got the next size up which was a little different outfit. I know that by showing these pictures it'll ruin it for what he will look like for Halloween, but they're too cute not to post ~~and besides, he doesn't have his makeup done yet~~ so there will still be a little something left, right?!
A little long but with shoes on, it will be a perfect fit:
How adorable! Mommy was love bitten!:
Just after Daddy got home from work; Kady and Kyler attacked him for some Daddy Time:
On the way home from the store Daddy was craving ice cream, so he stopped by McDonald's and got him a Carmel sundae and Kyler a kids cone. And on the way home, we were watching these really cool (but scary looking) clouds.
Sorry this one is blurry but we were driving and I had to capture the pink in it:
They were really pretty clouds but no storm for us in them:
And Mr. Kyler had to eat his ice cream outside. I was not letting him inside my just mopped floors with this mess..Ha! Ha!
Oh yeah that ice cream was down his arm, his legs, his feet and the ground:
Cramming the last bite of the cone in!:
This was him crashed out last night. Don't you just love how they sleep with their cute little butts in the air?:
This morning for breakfast we had Cinnamon Life cereal (more that I did than him) and Strawberry yogurt..(sorry couldn't decided which was one was the cutest), so I posted 4...
He should be in a Kids Dannon Yogurt commercial!:
Spoon? What Spoon?!:
Oh right that one..it's for "not" eating cereal!:
A yogurt Santa beard!:
After breakfast it felt so nice outside so I asked Kyler if he wanted to go for a bike ride. He walked over and picked up his helmet, so that told me yes he did. It was nice and overcast with a great breeze. So we headed out and when we got to the baseball field near our house I thought it would be fun to let him stretch his legs and run. When we got in the field, there were tons of birds and if you know my son, you know he loves to say "Bur! Bur!! Bur!!!".
~~if you look really closely at the next two pictures or make them bigger, you can see Kyler and the birds~~
So off he was to chase them:
They chirped and flapped their wings and flew to the fence where they were "safe" from this critter that was after them:
I also captured some video that I will post in another blog of him running and flapping his arms like a bird. He had a blast running around being free and being silly. It was the greatest!
He needed to take a time out and come get some water. Look at him being a big boy and drinking all by himself!:
He then found the baseball diamond and had to discover what the clay was all about:
My boy being a true boy..dirt, clay and grass galore!
After a good while of being there; he was getting a little tired so we loaded back up on the bike and headed home:
He must have had a great time as he patted my back the whole way back home as if he was saying Thank You Mommy! That made my day. Oh what I wouldn't give to be a stay-at-home Mommy with him everyday.
And since Gramma says we "never play in the sandbox"...here's some proof!
Kyler just getting in it before I put all the toys in:
Where's the sand?! ~~and this was not all of his sandbox toys:
He was flipping the sand up with the shovel getting himself with it and it was too funny. He was laughing at himself:
And when I joined in to laugh...
"Umm EXCUSE ME!; only I can laugh a myself; not you":
Ms. Jealous wanted to be in for a photo shoot too:
After playing for little bit, he got out and wanted to swing:
At one point when Kyler was swinging, Kady was chasing him on the swing; growling and having her back arched; going underneath the swing and back around again. It was too funny and Kyler was laughing so hard he was having trouble catching his breath. I wish I would have gotten that on video, but I was watching her to make sure she didn't get rough with him.

Imagining the Imaginarium
Today was our first day in a few weeks of just Kyler, Daddy and me and we were supposed to go to the beach. However, Kyler and I have been sporting this cold for the past 2 weeks, so I wasn't ready to hit the water yet. Maybe if I shake this bad cough we can have a little water time before it gets cold..oh wait, it's FL..does it 'get cold' here? HA!
My Big Boy walking into the Imaginarium (sportin' his Dolphins--which we're watching as I write this post):
Anyways, we had heard some great reviews of the Imaginarium so we headed over. It was not want I had imagined. First of all..it was HOT! The neatest thing was the aquarium (or for me it was).
When we first walked in we were greeted by some really neat stingrays and horseshoe crabs and some type of shark that never came out of hiding. But some kids got to feed the stingrays and the one was possessive and wanted ALL the food. He was coming out of the water and splashing and Kyler got a big kick out of him.
I love this picture..for some reason every time I look at it I don't see Kyler or Chris, I see the blond chick checking Chris out..HaHaHa!:
The gray stingray was the aggressive one:
These two crack me up:
Hands in the water....
Horseshoe crab coming...hands out of the water:
Kyler really liked the snapping turtle:
The turtle:
Ms. Donnie, this one is for you..a Bufo Toad. Isn't he HUGE?:
Kyler wasn't sure about the big gator behind Daddy:
But he was ok with this one:
He also liked looking at the iguana; millipedes; the tarantula; and the Bird. They had a really beautiful bird there, not sure what it was called (I forget) but he was orange and yellow and green and just very vibrant colors.
Oh and the nurse shark was pretty neat:
We tried to watch a 3D movie they had, but ah-hemm someone was NOT having it. I even tried putting my glasses on him so he could see the turtle swimming right at us, but yeah, wasn't happening. So that holds my thought of him being a little young yet for a movie.
So we headed into what Kyler thought was the neatest thing.......
I think if we would have let him..we would have spent the entire afternoon staring at this 'floating' ball. The big blue thing is or contains an air compressor and the nozzle shoots hi powered air up and keeps the ball in the air.. (ok, why am I telling you this? I'm sure you got that just by looking at the picture.HA!)
That's funny, in the last picture he still looked "baby-ish" and in this next picture he looks like a big boy.
He found a beach ball he wanted to try out;
Then while it was actually raining outside..we headed upstairs for some bad weather for ourselves:
Chris and Kyler were giving the weather forecast:
Off to play in some clouds..he liked this too:
And since it was sooo hot, we went into the Hurricane Maker machine to "cool off". It was like sitting in front of a fan. (it was cooler outside than it was in there)
On our way home we stopped by and had some cousin, Aunt, Uncle time.
No no no Kyler; you put the wrong cousin in the box:
It's not this one we want to ship away, "N" is good...
~~But THIS ONE... "Z" is being traded in for a new nephew.....
~~ He told me tonight: "Aunt Sheri, I've decided that I am going to be a Seminole..not a Gator"..WHAT?!!! Ohhh is it on now. ;-D That's ok "Z"...I still love you (but not for the next 5 minutes)....

Go Purple Team!
Today was my niece's first soccer game. She has been looking so forward to playing and has been so excited! So my Mom, my Grandma, Kyler and I loaded up and headed to watch her play. She's in a division of 4-6 year olds and they don't really keep score.
The "Purple Pipsqueaks" who were all 4 year olds, tried their hardest to take on the "Green Go-getters" who were all 6 year olds and who had been playing for 2 years already. They were good. But my niece and her comrades sure did have fun and gave it their all. Isn't that what it's about anyways?
That's my ever so adorable niece..the blond looking at me:
Kyler likes soccer, it means eating Cheetos (HA!):
That's my niece with the ball..Woot-Woot!!:
Kyler wanting to play some ball:
My niece is the blond in the purple going for the ball:
Kyler and Buddy Roe wanting to play some soccer:
Kyler was cheering BBug on..isn't he just so cute?!:
Sadly, this is how we played the majority of the game..5 against 3 and had they kept score...we would have been slaughtered. But again, the girls had fun. They'll get it.
Some more of my niece going after the ball:
Buddy Roe cheering for his big sis:
And the boys have Gramma wrapped...they are headed to the playground:
Kyler looks like he's riding a motorcycle rather than a horse..HA!:
Ky and his Momma...(he was beyond tired at this point, so no smiles):
Last night, my mom and I had taken Kyler to a local "sports bar" (if you will) and they were singing Karaoke. Well, Mr. Kyler went up to a guy who was singing and "took over the mic". It was too stinkin' cute and I wish I would have gotten video, but by the time I pulled my camera out, he was done. He was dancing and having a blast! There wasn't one person in the place that didn't meet Kyler and think he was something. I was (and still am) one proud Momma. So...when we got home from everything he was singing and dancing again so this time I got it on video.
And tonight at bath time.. there was a silly boy that was giving me all sorts of crazy faces. So I thought I would share a few.
Him and his favorite little monkey:
Mr. Squealbox and yes..that squeal was as high pitched as this picture leads you to believe. Ha!:
Ah-hemm, privacy please?!:
I'm a handsome boy:
I'm a happy boy:
And kisses good-night:
