Big Boy Bed

My baby is growing up yet again! UGH.. Somehow he didn't get the "you're not allowed to grow up" memo.

Wednesday night we decided that Kyler's long legs could no longer be cramped up in his toddler bed....

.....and that it was more than time for him to upgrade to the twin bed that has been hanging out in our guest closet for over 2 years....

We decided not to put the full bed together with the frame / headboard / foot board until he gets used to the feel of it. The first few nights I folded up a comforter and put next to the bed just in case he fell out of it, he would have a softer landing. But he rocked it! He can climb in and out of it with no problems and LOVES it! Especially since it has cars, trucks, buses and fun stuff like that for him to gander at and talk about. He is ALL boy!
